Mercedes air (Airmatic) and hydraulic (Active Body Control) suspensions sag, leak, and throw faults as the struts, compressor, and valve blocks wear. We diagnose the component that actually failed instead of selling you the whole system.
Engine oil leaks
Valve-cover gaskets, the oil cooler seals on M272/M273 V6 and V8 engines, and rear main seals are the classic Mercedes leaks. We find the source and reseal it correctly.
Balance shaft / camshaft correlation
Early M272 V6 and M273 V8 engines can wear the balance-shaft or idler gears, setting a camshaft-correlation fault and a check-engine light. We confirm it with XENTRY and repair it properly.
7G & 9G transmission service
Limp mode, harsh shifts, or a leak at the pan often trace to the conductor plate or valve body. We service the transmission with the correct OE fluid and complete the required adaptations.
SBC brake system service
The Sensotronic (SBC) hydraulic brake system on some E, CL, and SL models needs periodic service and eventual unit replacement. We service it to factory spec and bleed it correctly.
Cooling system & thermostat
Water pumps, thermostats, and the auxiliary coolant pumps that keep a turbo Mercedes alive after shutdown all fail with heat-cycling. We replace the failure points before one of them leaves you on the shoulder of the 202.
Electrical & SAM module diagnosis
